Personal data protection policy
In connection with the processing of personal data, pursuant to Art. 13 Regulation of the European Parliament and the EU Council 2016/679 (GDPR) of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, we provide the following information.

SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA
We try to minimize the scope of personal data that we process with a view to providing high-quality services, in order to fulfill legal obligations and to protect our legitimate interests. We process the personal data of our customers as well as the personal data of our potential customers who have given us their consent.
We process the following categories of personal data:
- Basic data, which are your first and last name, or company name, if you are an entrepreneur – natural person (self-employed)
- Contact details, which are your e-mail, telephone number.
- Information about the use of our products and services, about products you have purchased or are considering purchasing, etc.
- Records of e-mail and chat communication, records of phone calls, or other communication with you in electronic or written form.
- Geolocation data, this is geographic data from a computer’s web browser or from mobile applications. These data can be used in the sense of using cookies.
COOKIES
We use the following types of cookies on these pages – cookies are short text files that the browser saves on a computer or device:
- Temporary cookies serve e.g. after logging in to the service for user identification for the duration of the login. Without these cookies, some of our services may not work at all, or their functionality may be limited. Temporary cookies are automatically deleted when the browser is turned off.

PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
We process your personal data mainly for the need to prepare business offers, or to communicate with you regarding the assignment written by you in the contact form. It may lead to the conclusion of purchase contracts, the subject of which is the supply of our goods and services. This activity consists primarily of receiving and processing orders, issuing invoices and tax documents, recording payments, sending goods to the chosen address, etc.
In order to properly fulfill all legal obligations, we also process personal data for the purposes of keeping accounts, managing the registry, or handling claims and complaints. In some cases, it is also necessary to process personal data for the purposes of litigation and extrajudicial debt collection.
We also process your personal data for the purpose of informing you about our products and services as part of direct marketing.
LEGAL BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
We process your personal data in accordance with the law, only on the basis of legal grounds in cases where:
- Is the processing of personal data necessary for the fulfillment of a contract (for example, a purchase contract) and you are a party to the contract, or you have asked us to take measures before concluding the contract.
- Or the processing of your personal data is necessary within the scope of our legitimate interest, which we pursue, which is primarily the offer and sale of goods and services to our customers.
- Or you have given us your consent for one or more purposes. These may include, in particular, activities related to the offer of goods and services, or processing with the aim of adapting the offer to your expectations.

- experts and forensic experts,

- accounting offices, auditors and tax advisors.
PERSONAL DATA STORAGE PERIOD
In the case of the consent of the person concerned (with the sending of news, discounts and price promotions), we will only process your data until you withdraw your consent.
In the case of a legitimate interest, we will process your personal data, unless you object to the processing, for a period that is justified (e.g. in relation to the life cycle of the purchased product or service, in order to offer and provide you with related products, customer service and services).
In the case of performance of the contract, we will process your personal data for the period during which the contractual relationship lasts, including warranty and complaint conditions.
In the case of fulfilling a legal obligation, we will process your personal data for the period required by law. In the case of the Accounting Act, the VAT Act, etc. the term can be 10 years.
YOUR RIGHTS AS THE PERSONS CONCERNED
When processing your personal data, we are ready to protect your rights.
You have the right to access your personal data, as well as the right to know for what purpose it is processed, who are the recipients of your personal data, and what is the processing period.
You have the right to rectification if your personal data is incorrect or has changed, contact us and we will correct it.
You have the right to delete personal data if they are incorrect or processed illegally.
If your personal data is processed on the basis of consent, you have the right to revoke it at any time, without this affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent granted before its revocation.
You have the right to restrict processing if you want us to process data only for the most necessary legal reasons, or not at all.
You have the right to object to automated individual decision-making if you find or believe that this processing is unlawful or in breach of your rights.
You have the right to data portability, if you wish to transfer it to another operator, we will provide it to you in the appropriate format, if there are no other technical or legal obstacles.

We will respond to your request free of charge within 30 days. In the case of complexity or a large number of requests, we are entitled to extend this period by another 60 days. If this happens, we will inform you about it and the reasons.
However, if your request is clearly unjustified or repeated, we are entitled to charge a reasonable administrative fee to cover the costs associated with providing this service.
